Requests for verification will be communicated to you via the contact details associated with your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal activity.
The minimum age to register and use Solt Game is 18 years. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Solt Game takes underage gaming seriously and has age verification processes in place during registration and at the point of first withdrawal.
If Solt Game has reason to believe that an account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. If the account holder is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned and any winnings will be voided. Parents and guardians should take reasonable steps to prevent minors in their household from accessing online gaming services.
All transactions on Solt Game – deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals – are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the process.

The minimum deposit on Solt Game is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification.
Solt Game aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes under normal conditions. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically the fastest. Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. Solt Game does not impose any withdrawal fees.
Withdrawals are only available to the payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified account in your name. Withdrawals are not available from bonus funds until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Solt Game reserves the right to carry out identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Solt Game will notify you by email before applying any dormancy fee. The monthly dormancy fee will not reduce your balance below zero. You can reactivate your account at any time by logging in.
Solt Game periodically offers bonuses, free credits and promotional rewards to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is announced or offered to you. These individual promotion terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.
Solt Game's welcome bonus, where offered, is available to new registrations only and applies to your first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus terms, including the minimum deposit amount, applicable games and wagering requirement multiplier, will be displayed clearly on the registration and deposit pages at the time the offer is active.
All games and betting markets available on the Solt Game platform operate according to specific game rules. These game rules are available within each game or market and form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these general terms, the individual game rules take precedence for that specific game or market.
Cricket betting markets at Solt Game settle according to official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or the applicable national board). If a match is abandoned before reaching its minimum qualifying overs, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. In-play bets placed before the point of abandonment settle according to the state of play at the time the abandonment is called, subject to the specific market's abandonment rules.
All slot and casino games on Solt Game use certified random number generators. Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and cannot be reversed or modified after the game round has completed. Solt Game's progressive jackpot games accumulate prize pools from player contributions and pay the full accumulated pool to the triggering player. Jackpot prize pools are seeded to a minimum value after each trigger event.
If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, contact Solt Game support within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. Solt Game will review all legitimate disputes and communicate a decision within 10 business days. During the review period, the funds in question may be temporarily withheld from withdrawal.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Solt Game platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any Real Money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at your own request (other than during an active responsible gaming self-exclusion), your Real Money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
